The system can be easily operated via a touch panel and supports automatic operation. Thanks to its unique combustion method, ignition is quick, and it can achieve high-temperature combustion of over 1100°C. Evol is a resin fuel boiler (hot water/steam) that enables effective utilization of scrap materials and used plastics as fuel within the company. It safely converts the high combustion calorific value of plastics into clean energy with a boiler efficiency of 70%. With the revision of the Basel Convention, there is a growing need for the domestic effective utilization of dirty used plastics, which we widely support. The introduction of this system significantly contributes to reducing conventional fuel costs and disposal costs. 【Features】 ■ Compatible resins: PP, PE, PS, EPS, PET, PMMA, etc. ■ Supplies an adequate amount of oxygen to achieve complete combustion of the resin. ■ Clean exhaust with CO2 concentration below 10 ppm. * Combustion tests of the materials considered before introduction are required to confirm safety. ■ After ignition with kerosene, heavy oil, gas, etc., it can burn solely on resin fuel in about 30 minutes. ■ Resin fuel consumption: 15-40 kg/h. ■ Hot water specification: maximum output of 140,000 Kcal/h. ■ Steam specification: maximum equivalent evaporation of 200 kg/h. It also demonstrates high energy-saving effects when used in conjunction with existing boilers.
